Job description

1.Technical Requirements

Able to work *independently** on camera installation, cabling, termination, and angle adjustment.

Capable of *configuring NVR / DVR systems** including recording, playback, and data backup.

Skilled in *IP camera setup**, POE power configuration, and network switch connection.

Familiar with *major CCTV brands** such as Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Bosch, Axis, and Hanwha.

Able to *troubleshoot common issues** such as no video display, disconnection, recording failure, or remote access problems.

Discuss with headquarters to provide the optimal solution based on the project proposal.

2.Training Requirements

Proficient in *multiple languages**: English, Malay, Chinese, and Cantonese. Able to speak clearly and confidently.

Willing to *learn and understand HQ's solutions, product features, and presentations**, and capable of explaining them to customers in a logical and simple way, highlighting key benefits and value.

Able to *collect and answer customers' questions** during training sessions. For questions that cannot be answered on the spot, must follow up with HQ and provide the correct response to the customer later.

3. Soft Skills Requirements

Good *communication and teamwork skills**, able to coordinate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Proactive, responsible, and punctual work attitude.

Able to handle *outdoor work and overtime** when required.

Maintain *good safety awareness and workplace cleanliness**.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma in any field.
  • (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Security CCTV and related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently and willingness to be team player
