You'll be working for a leading diversified company that is seeking a Head of Global Operations to be based in Petaling Jaya. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.

Your new role

  • Define and implement country‑specific strategies to maximize market share, revenue, and profitability in line with corporate goals.
  • Build pipelines of contracts/projects, conduct market surveys, manage pre‑qualification, and secure new opportunities.
  • Strengthen long‑term relationships with clients, distributors, and wholesalers while ensuring satisfaction and timely payments.
  • Oversee DF & DWM technical development, design market‑fit solutions, and drive global product growth.
  • Manage and monitor assets to maximize production efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and enhance profitability.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
  • An MBA or other advanced qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
  • Possesses 10-15 years of professional experience within the oil and gas sector, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior commercial or business development capacity.
  • Demonstrates a proven history of managing regional operations, asset portfolios, and driving business growth successfully.
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, with the ability to apply this expertise strategically.
