Education Centre Manager for English Teachers

Location: Puchong

Language: Mandarin (Native/Fluent) & English (Basic)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Teaching Experience (No Management Experience Required)

We believe in rewarding high performance transparently.

• Total Package: RM 4,000 – RM 7,000+ per month
• Base Salary: RM 4,000 (This is your guaranteed safety net).
• Performance Commission: Earn up to an additional RM 3,000+ based on a clear formula tied to centre profitability.
• The Philosophy: You are a partner in growth. As the centre grows under your leadership, your income grows with it.

The Requirement

We make this simple. We don't need a resume full of management buzzwords. We need the right person.

• We DO NOT require management experience.
• We DO require a minimum of 1 Year of English Teaching Experience.
• Why? Because to manage teachers and consult parents, you need to have been in the classroom. You need to understand the product.

"But I don't have management experience..." We don't care. We have a comprehensive training system and thorough Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We have the playbook; we just need someone with the drive to execute it.

We hire for Character (Passion, Communication, Logic, Drive). We train for Skill (Management & Operations).

1. 60% Sales & Consultation (The Engine)

• No Cold Calling: You are not hunting for leads. Our marketing team generates the leads. Your job is to reply, book appointments, and close.
• The Consultant Approach: You will diagnose the student's needs and match them with the right course, the right class, and the right teacher.
• The Advantage: Because you have taught before, parents trust your recommendation. You aren't "selling"; you are prescribing a solution.

2. 20% Leadership & Problem Solving (The Glue)

• You will lead a team of teachers. You understand their challenges because you've been in their shoes.
• You will support them, but you will also hold them accountable to high standards using clear logic and our SOPs.

3. 20% Connection (The Heart)

• You will build strong bonds with parents through logical, consistent updates (Progress reports, warm greetings).
• You ensure parents see the value of the education we provide.
