Responsibility:

To ensure good Store Administration and Housekeeping.

* To check goods receipt details to ensure correct brand & specification, quantity, and tally with Purchase Order description.

* To ensure no damage / known defect on goods received.

*possible to drive forklift

To perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials / equipment.

To ensure materials are stored at the designated areas, proper identification & safekeeping.

* To co-ordinate with Logistic for material / equipment delivery or returns from site.

To issue materials as specified in Store Requisition Form. Double check and record the quantity and condition of goods when moving out of the warehouse.

* Inform the concerned Purchaser / Engineer the status of balance material to raise further purchase requisition.

To conduct stock sorting and proper record of material returns from Project Site

Updating and keep record on stock in-coming & outgoing and prepare Stock Balance Report to Purchasing Dept.

Conduct & manage Stock Take twice per year.

To identify phase out / obsolete / not good condition materials / equipment and report to purchasing department and management for scrap.

* To conduct routine checking and maintenance for office fixture/equipment & store machinery i.e. Forklift, Scissor lift, lighting service, fire extinguisher & etc.

* To check and maintain the condition of the tools and equipment in good order.

Make records of warehouse changes and update the warehouse plan when there is a change.

To perform documents control for Store Department (Delivery Order (DO) / Store Requisition (SR) / Consignment

Note (CDN).

To ensure jobs carried out in safety manner.

To participate in ISO auditing process.

To attend and contribute to meetings as and when required by the management.

To perform any other duties or tasks as requested or assigned by the superior.

Authority:

To verify and acknowledge receipt of material/equipment.

* To arrange for tools and equipment maintenance.

* Able to request general worker to assist store administration, housekeeping. loading uploading.
