Customer Care Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Customer Care Executive to join our call centre team. The primary responsibility is to conduct surveys with customers to gauge satisfaction levels, gather valuable feedback, and help improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on their recent experiences
- Administer customer satisfaction surveys through phone calls, ensuring accurate responses
- Record and input survey data accurately into the system
- Provide a clear and concise explanation of survey objectives to customers
- Ensure calls are completed within the designated timeframe while maintaining quality standards
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as survey completion rate
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Comfortable working with scripts but able to adapt to the conversation as needed
- Positive and friendly phone manner with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Able to work flexible hours
