About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team in Setiu Terengganu. As a Housekeeping team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guest accommodations are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies
  2. Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and common spaces, are well-maintained and visually appealing
  3. Assist with deep cleaning and pre-arrival preparation of rooms as needed
  4. Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
  5. Collaborate with other Housekeeping staff to efficiently complete all assigned tasks
  6. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a Housekeeping or similar role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently
  4. A friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and the ability to work well in a team
  5. Familiarity with the use of Housekeeping equipment and cleaning products
  6. Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
