We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish and maintain high cleanliness standards for guest rooms, public areas, and other resort spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to established cleanliness protocols.
- Oversee the procurement and management of housekeeping supplies and amenities.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
- Communicate effectively with front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.

**EXPERIENCES**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within housekeeping or related departments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
