**Job description**
Staff & Operations Management
- **Supervise and Train Staff**: Oversee and manage housekeeping staff, including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
- **Coordinate Operations**: Direct and coordinate all housekeeping activities and staff to ensure efficient and prompt execution of tasks.
- **Manage Schedules**: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for housekeeping staff.
Cleanliness & Maintenance Standards
- **Ensure Cleanliness**: Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- **Inspect Areas**: Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and meet the organization's standards.
- **Implement Procedures**: Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene.
Inventory & Budget Control
- **Manage Supplies**: Monitor, manage, and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ordering new stock as needed.
- **Control Expenses**: Manage and control the housekeeping department's budget, including expenses for salaries, supplies, and equipment.
Guest Relations & Reporting
- **Address Guest Issues**: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to housekeeping in a professional and timely manner.
- **Collaborate with Other Departments**: Liaise and coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Safety & Compliance
- **Ensure Safety Compliance**: Implement and enforce safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- **Maintain Records**: Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
