Job Description:

  1. Operate various production machinery and equipment to manufacture our products according to specified standards and processes
  2. Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and resolve any issues or deviations from quality standards
  3. Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on production equipment to keep them in optimal working condition
  4. Assist in the set-up and changeover of production equipment as required
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation on production activities, output, and quality control measures
  6. Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area and plan and coordinate daily production activities with team members and supervisors.
  7. Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
  8. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirement:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a production operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  2. Education: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and above.
  3. Age: years old (heavy manufacturing work environment.)
  4. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
  6. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  7. Familiar with production processes, quality control procedures, and workplace safety procedure.
