Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Controller, based in Pasir Gudang. The Production Controller will oversee daily production activities, monitor schedules, and ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating production plans, supervising team performance, analyzing data for operational improvements, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure timely and effective workflow execution
  • Strong Supervisory Skills to guide team performance and maintain high productivity
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements
  • Effective Communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or manufacturing industries is an advantage
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards is beneficial
  • Possession of a diploma or higher qualification in operations management, logistics, or a related field
