Key Responsibilities:

  • To further expand company's E-Commerce business by leading and maintaining daily operations of the E-Commerce platform.
  • To prepare all reports as and when required.
  • Responsible and managing the E-Commerce platform, ensuring precise listing and proper categorization of all products.
  • Generate engaging and visually appealing content for Midea products and collaborating with the team to enhance product visibility.
  • Efficiently process and fulfill orders received through the E-Commerce platform, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • To track and assess performance metrics for the sales, traffics, conversion and offering routine reports on key performance indicators to the management team.
  • To share creative ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to optimize operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement for E-Commerce platform.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, contributing to regular reports for decision-making.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your Superior from time to time.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or E-Commerce related fields
  • Minimum 3-4 years of e-commerce and marketing management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of E-Commerce Platforms and tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
