Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and follow up on purchase orders (POs).
  • Assist the purchasing team with day-to-day tasks and basic paperwork.
  • Enter data into the system accurately, such as supplier details, pricing, and order status.
  • Organize and keep track of documents like insurance forms, contracts, and shipping papers.
  • Help summarize price offers from suppliers.
  • Make sure all documents are properly filed and easy to find when needed.
  • Do other simple admin tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • SPM Leaver / Diploma Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be good in Mathematics (At least a C in SPM).
  • Meticulous to details and sensitive to numbers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
