Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with all teams to provide comprehensive legal support and administrative assistance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in local and international markets.

· Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date records of legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.

· Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies to maintain legal and ethical standards.

· Handle company secretarial work, drafting minutes and resolutions with minimum supervision.

· Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business.

· Handle litigation matters, if any, and work closely with external counsel when required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in law or related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.

· Having at least 2 years of experience in the legal profession, preferably with experience in fintech or tech industry.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and precision.

· Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

· Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Be able to work independently as well as part a team.

· Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines.
