Our firm specialises in Dispute Resolution covering areas of Construction Law, Commercial Law and Environmental Law. If you're eager to learn, contribute, and excel in a dynamic legal environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities include:

  • conducting legal research on Malaysian case law and statutes;
  • drafting cause papers, affidavits, correspondence and summaries;
  • preparing court bundles (pleadings, documents, authorities);
  • organising and maintaining physical and electronic files;
  • filing documents through the e-Filing system and conducting case searches;
  • attending conducting searches under SSM or e-filing;
  • preparing chronologies, notes, and case summaries for lawyers;
  • attending client meetings and collecting documents or information;
  • proofreading documents for accuracy and compliance with court rules; and
  • assisting lawyers during hearings and trial.

Paralegals (Qualifications Required):

  • Diploma or Degree in Law (LL.B preferred);
  • Good understanding of legal processes and documentation;
  • Skilled in legal research, drafting and administrative support;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; and
  • Detail-oriented and able to assist in trial preparation and client management.

Interns (Qualifications Required):

  • Currently pursuing a Law Degree (LL.B) or CLP;
  • Eager to learn about dispute resolution and legal practice;
  • Strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills; and
  • Positive, can-do attitude, and willing to assist in day-to-day office tasks.
