Konexo is an established alternative legal services division of Eversheds Sutherland, created to meet client demand for high quality, interim legal, HR and compliance professionals. Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.

We are recruiting for a
Legal Operations and Innovation Project Manager
in Malaysia.

What you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in legal operations, project management, or legal technology implementation within a corporate or law firm environment
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives, including implementation of document management systems, legal gateways, or AI-powered legal tools
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and operational challenges, including contract lifecycle management, external counsel spend, and legal request routing
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, select, and procure legal technology platforms (e.g. Sirion, Luminance), ensuring alignment with business needs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with experience delivering training and driving adoption across diverse teams
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills to manage cross-regional projects and liaise effectively with legal, business, and technology stakeholders
