Mammogram Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Outreach Coordinator to support the Mobile Mammogram Programme. This role involves coordinating administrative, operational, and on-site activities to ensure smooth execution of all outreach events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all administrative, operational, and on-site activities related to the Mobile Mammogram Programme.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments, partners, and organisers for event arrangements and confirmations.
- Manage event booking requests, maintain scheduling records, and ensure efficient use of available slots.
- Liaise with partners, co-organisers, and site representatives to confirm event details, site readiness, and logistical needs.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities (e.g. CKAPS, local municipal councils, etc.) for event notifications and compliance documentation.
- Assist in preparing outreach materials, equipment checklists, and event-day logistics.
- Maintain and update the master calendar of confirmed and pending bookings.
- Manage participant lists, including pre-registration, appointment reminders, and attendance tracking.
- Provide customer service support by responding to patient inquiries, sending reminders, and ensuring smooth event flow on-site.
- Compile and maintain accurate records of outreach events, patient data, scan results, and referrals for reporting purposes.
- Assist with post-event documentation, data submission, and filing according to hospital quality and PDPA standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Outreach Executive, Radiology, Nursing, and Marketing teams to ensure coordinated execution of all mobile mammogram activities.
- Support the Outreach Executive and management team with any ad hoc tasks, projects, or assignments related to the programme.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
