Are you an experienced Conveyancing Clerk looking to advance your career? We are a well-established legal firm based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end conveyancing matters, including SPA and loan documentation.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, bankers, developers, and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare, review, and vet legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure timely follow-up and updates.
  • Maintain well-organized records and filing systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in conveyancing.
  • Proficient in both sub-sale and developer project transactions.
  • Familiar with loan documentation from various banks.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
