Marketing & Multimedia Officer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Multimedia Officer to support our school's branding, digital content creation, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who is skilled in multimedia production, social media management, and comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.

Job Description:

• Shooting & editing photos as well as videos.
• Manage all aspects of our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and promptly respond to inquiries from potential parents.
• Work closely with the IT team to manage and update the school website, ensuring all content, information, and marketing materials are accurate and current.
• Prepare monthly e-newsletters in collaboration with teachers and the IT officer to ensure engaging and accurate content.
• Designing banners, posters, banners, buntings, flyers, brochures, backdrops, certificate as well as coordinating with printing shops when needed (when required).
• Editing ID photos, designing lanyards, business card, school receipt, etc.
• Updating the school information board with updated photos and achievements (when required).
• Managing Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator subscriptions.
• Leverage AI platforms to generate ideas, draft scripts, create visuals, produce engaging content across all digital channels as well as conducting research to understand market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and using this information to refine strategies.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop promotional materials and support sales efforts, and engaging with customers to address inquiries and build relationships.
• Plan and coordinate company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility (when required).
• Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate golf tournament & golf club tasks including design materials, printing vendors, hotel arrangements, logistics, player registration, and booth setup (when required).

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, multimedia, design or digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital trends.
• Photography/videography experience during live events.
• Strong experience using AI tools for content creation, design, analytics, or workflow automation.
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and CapCut.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple projects and follow through independently.
• Friendly, vibrant, and approachable personality—comfortable interacting with students and staff during photo/video sessions.
• Possess own transport.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, organized and creative, multi-tasking, confident engaging with staff, students, stakeholders and able to work independently.
• Willingness to support occasional weekend or evening events and travel (when required).
• Able to start working immediately (negotiable).
