- **Responsibilities**:_
- Troubleshoot, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printer and CCTV systems.
- Provide troubleshooting for staff, teachers and students.
- Coordinate with IT services provider and vendor when needed.
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
- Maintain and update school website and portal.
- Ensure data back up, security and proper file management.
- Support audiovisual needs for school events and activities.
- Assist the marketing team with any photography and videography needed.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Maintain updated records and ensure IT-related documents are well-documented.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Multimedia or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in IT support, marketing or in any related related field.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Proficient in using AI (ChatGPT) and analytics tools to automate tasks and support operations.
- Possess own transport.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, organized and creative, confident engaging with staff, students, stakeholders and able to work independently.
- Able to start working immediately (negotiable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
