Merancang dan melaksanakan strategi jualan serta pemasaran untuk mencapai sasaran syarikat.
Menyelia dan memantau prestasi pasukan jualan di semua cawangan dan saluran (retail dan dalam talian).
Menyediakan perancangan promosi, kempen pemasaran, dan aktiviti jenama bagi meningkatkan jualan dan kesedaran jenama DUO Sports.
Menjalankan analisis pasaran, mengenal pasti trend fesyen/sukan semasa serta peluang pasaran baharu.
Bekerjasama dengan pasukan operasi dan inventori bagi memastikan stok mencukupi serta pengedaran produk berjalan lancar.
Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, pengedar dan rakan niaga bagi memperkukuh jaringan jualan.
Memastikan keseragaman imej jenama dalam semua platform pemasaran dan komunikasi.
Menyediakan laporan prestasi jualan dan kempen pemasaran kepada pengurusan untuk tujuan analisis dan penambahbaikan.
Mengurus bajet jualan dan pemasaran dengan berkesan serta memantau pulangan pelaburan (ROI) bagi setiap aktiviti.
Melatih, membimbing dan memotivasikan pasukan jualan serta memastikan tahap profesionalisme dan produktiviti yang tinggi.
Merancang, mengurus dan melaksanakan event-event yang bersesuaian untuk mengukuhkan lagi penjenamaan DUO Sports.
