We are seeking a talented, motivated, and dynamic Sales and Marketing professional to join our growing team at Densports Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and executing creative marketing strategies to expand our brand presence.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns to promote our products and services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct live sessions and create engaging social media content to attract and interact with customers
  • Contribute to a positive and enjoyable work environment
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Hardworking, disciplined, and able to follow instructions well
  • Creative and confident in hosting live sessions and producing engaging content
  • Positive attitude and enjoys working in a cheerful, team-oriented environment
  • Passion for sales and marketing, and a genuine interest in our products and services
