Epoxy Powder Coat Operator

About the role

Metalwerks Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturing company in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a skilled Powder Coating Operator (Sheet Metal) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art powder coating equipment to achieve high-quality finishes on a variety of sheet metal products.

What you'll be doing

• Applies powdered paint onto metal surfaces for durability and aesthetics.
• Prepare surfaces, applies paint and cures finished products.
• Inspect finished products for quality, including checking for detects or non-uniform finishes.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, including equipment and tools.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a powder coating operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of powder coating techniques and equipment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
