This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales professional in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. The role is based in Puchong and focuses on driving sales and building strong client relationships.

Description

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, providing technical and commercial support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, operations, and quality teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.

Profile

A successful Sales professional should have:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Production Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales, application solutions, or project-based selling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of coating solutions, cutting/forming tools, or metal/plastic processing is an advantage.
  • Exposure to semiconductor, medical equipment, or oil & gas industries is a plus.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle for business travel.
