Job Description

Position: Sales Engineer

Location: HQ, Puchong

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM3,500 (basic, excluding allowance)

Allowance: Provided

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive product sales.
  • Provide technical support and product information to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues when required.
  • Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager in coordinating sales and project-related activities.
  • Set up and configure machinery or instruments for customer applications.
  • Prepare project documentation, including schedules, technical drawings, and manuals.
  • Raise purchase or stock requisitions based on project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and implementation to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle invoices and support debt collection efforts.

Authorities:

  • Participate in customer debt collection processes.
  • Provide input for technical and project-related decisions within the assigned scope.
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales or product engineering.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain them to customers.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical documents and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and MS Office applications is an advantage.
