Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer is responsible to secure sales order from project tender or design & build project. Develop project network & able to gather ample information on pricing, relevant parties in the decision making process. Has good HVAC, RAC system knowledge to provide a professional solution to clients. Ensure smooth project execution and timely collection of payment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads & BO for funnel management to secure project sales to achieve RAC sales & marginal profit target
  • Develop project channel & build supportive partners
  • Conduct product, system & solution presentation to educate client on Haier CAC system
  • Sound engineering solution for project tender
  • Prepare quotation & submit tender timely
  • To ensure smooth execution pf project in the area of contract & project management
  • To ensure timely collection of payment
  • Assist in organization of event, exhibition and seminars (if any)

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (M&E) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • At least 3-5 Year(s) of Project sales working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Project sales, Negotiation sales, Time management
  • Team player, need to work closely with pre-sales, Product Marketing, Service & HQ
  • Quick to action, able to identify opportunities and propose solution without delay
  • Good knowledge of residential air-cond background
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
