Position: Project Engineer Manager (HVAC & M&E)

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Industry: Construction Engineering

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: upto RM8k (based on experience)


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of HVAC and M&E engineering projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
  • Supervise engineering teams and subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals and inspections
  • Resolve technical issues and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor installation processes and conduct testing and commissioning of systems
  • Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in HVAC or Electromechanical Engineering
  • Possession of a nationally certified engineering management qualification is an advantage
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay for effective communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC and M&E project construction or management
  • Willing to travel and work on-site as required
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to project success
  • Familiar with installation techniques, engineering standards, and construction workflows
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software
