About Us: Dagang Jati Sdn Bhd is electrical engineering leading company committed to delivering high-quality projects and solutions to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage daily operations at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, overseeing performance, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budget, and scope.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations on all projects.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs, ensuring that expenditures are within the approved limits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, electrical engineering, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the local regulations and industry standards.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards.
  • Working experience in Data Centre

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
