Job Description:

  • Responsible for the successful implementation and management of the assigned projects includes planning and preparation works in office and activities at site.
  • Prepare the entire document related with ongoing projects for example drawing, claims, reports and etc.
  • Assist Project Manager to get quotation from subcontractors or suppliers on the award of contracts.
  • Liaise with colleagues from different department (Cost & Design, Procurement, Warehouse, and Account & Finance) to ensure the progress of works run smoothly.
  • Supervise and liaise with supplier, subcontractor and project supervisor to ensure quality of work and timely completion of project within project budget.
  • Responsible to carry out the joint site evaluation with the client's representative and ensure issue of payment certificates and follow up on the payment collection.
  • To attend all project coordination meetings.
  • Scope of work will be revised depending on the management needs or request. Other related duties as and when assigned by the superior from time to time.

What you'll need to have:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics/IT) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • This position requires candidates who are fluent in Mandarin & English.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
