What You'll Do:


•Lead and coordinate logistics and warehouse projects, including team and department coordination, project supervision, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones (approximately 80% of the role).


•Manage day-to-day operations related to logistics flow, cold chain processes, and warehouse compliance.


•Act as a primary liaison between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to maintain smooth operations.


•Assist the Director as a Personal Assistant by managing daily schedules, organizing key meetings, and supporting high-level decision-making (approximately 20% of the role).


•Prepare detailed reports, track project deadlines, and monitor operational KPIs to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For:


•2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or project coordination


•Strong organizational and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.


•Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently


•Familiarity with logistics flow, cold chain terms, and warehouse compliance is an advantage
