  • Support Recruitment Activities
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates professionally.
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking sheets and databases.
  • Interview Coordination
  • Prepare interview documents and templates.
  • Liaise with hiring managers for scheduling and interview feedback.
  • Attend interviews for documentation and observation (if required).
  • Onboarding & Pre-Employment Process
  • Assist in document collection and preparation of onboarding materials.
  • Help coordinate pre-employment medical checks or reference checks if needed.
  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement
  • Explore new sourcing channels, such as university portals and job fairs.
  • Build and maintain a database of active and passive candidates.
  • Administrative Support
  • Organize and file recruitment documents and employee records.
  • Assist with other HR operations or events as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Familiar with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Able to commit for a minimum internship period of [insert months, e.g., 3 months].
  • Passionate about Human Resources, especially in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
