Role & Responsibilities

  • As COE, responsible for establishing, maintaining and enforcing business processes, standard procedure and template policy for SAP Records to Reports process (FICO and Project System Module).
  • Working closely with business users and stakeholders, to grasp business requirements and translate it into solution design, considering global operation & system impact and mitigation approach.
  • As subject matter expert, carry out continuous improvement activities for the SAP template processes to meet business expectations.
  • Participate in feasibility study and fit/gap workshop for new rollout projects.
  • Review and approve Blueprint documents prepared by project team, ensuring adherence to template process and policy.
  • Provide Knowledge Transfer and mentorship to project consultants.
  • Review and approve design documents, test plans and scenarios, transport requests, authorization matrix, data migration plan and cutover plan.
  • Ensure global changes are identified, assessed and mitigation actions are well planned and executed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce new enhancements, processes and functionalities.
  • Carry out project planning and management for minor or medium scale projects.
  • Working closely with different teams (eg: Basis, Abap, AMS) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
  • Prepare proposal and presentation to stakeholders, communicate ideas and obtain buy-in
  • Ensure timely update of system and template documentations.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • SAP proficiency in FI/CO / Project System core modules is a must (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Profit Center & Cost Center Accounting, WBS budgeting, etc)
  • Experienced in
    minimum 8 years
    SAP
    end-to-end project implementation as FICO consultant in consumer electronic industry
    .
  • Proven experienced in
    template governance
    or similar role.
  • Strong in
    business processes & technical skills
    .
  • Strong knowledge on integration between logistics modules with FI/CO and Project System.
  • Knowledge on project sales process.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good documentation skills using MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
  • Strong leadership & team player.
  • SAP certification in
    FI/CO module
    is preferred
    (Must come with experience not just certification)
  • Traveling: some traveling is expected (20%-30%)
