Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9.00am – 6.00pm

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Junior/Executive, Sales Team Support plays a vital role in providing end-to-end operational and administrative support to the SR Sales Team Support Department. This position ensures that key processes — including onboarding, performance tracking, and engagement initiatives — are carried out accurately, efficiently, and within the required timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in coordinating multiple tasks to support the department's overall performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding Support – Enrolment Processing Time

  • Coordinate and process new enrolments within the required timeframe.
  • Verify and validate all documentation for completeness and accuracy before approval.
  • Maintain and update enrolment records in the system.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.

2. Sales Tracking & Monthly KPI Support

  • Track and compile monthly sales performance data.
  • Coordinate the Monthly KPI disbursement process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to management for review and decision-making.

3. Communication & Engagement Support – Attendance Monitoring & Meeting

  • Monitor and record attendance of participants.
  • Follow up on absenteeism cases to ensure accountability and adherence to programme requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

4. Communication & Engagement Support – Venue Coordination

  • Communicate schedules, updates, and key information to participants in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the execution of engagement programmes to enhance participation and motivation.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Language Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) and English (BI).
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin (Bahasa Cina) is an added advantage.

Personal & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong organisational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
