We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Junior Sales Support Executive** to join our team. This role plays a critical function in supporting the Fuel and Account Management teams, ensuring smooth operational processes related to card management, credit administration, and customer service coordination while enjoy a varied role with fantastic opportunities to progress and develop your career.
- ** Card Limit Management**
- Assist the Fuel and Account Management Team with card limit setting and regular card limit checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- ** SKDS Submission**
- Support in the preparation and submission of SKDS documentation via the Shell E-Apps platform.
- ** Daily DDA Reporting**
- Collaborate with the Support Team and Credit Admin in preparing and reviewing daily DDA (Direct Debit Authorization) reports.
- ** Security Deposit Handling**
- Act as a backup to Daniel for new Security Deposit submissions.
- ** Card Delivery Coordination**
- Assist in the coordination of card deliveries in support, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch to customers.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Previous experience working in a telesales role.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow the daily target driven structure (including good timekeeping).
- First-rate communications skills; demonstrating confidence.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
- Ability to listen and articulate in all communication.
- Adapt well to a changing environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles is an advantage.
