Responsibilities

Identify potential leads and understand their needs to drive new activationsProvide tailored product/service walkthroughs and presentations based on customer requirementsAddress objections and guide prospects through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start in tradingEncourage customer commitment to actively use our products or servicesDocument customer interactions and update relevant details in the company's CRM systemParticipate in ongoing training on company offerings, processes, and personal skill development (e.g., read books, follow industry blogs)Meet and strive to exceed KPI targets

Requirements

Ability to study new information and adapt to new spheres quickly, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and skill developmentStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of ClientsHigh level of integrity and dependabilityAbility to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environmentExcellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensusFluent proficiency in English and Malay
