About the Role

We are looking for a
Client Relationship Analyst
to join our AML CDD team. This role plays an important part in ensuring Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes are completed accurately and on time, in line with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform client due diligence (CDD) and KYC reviews in compliance with AML, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the bank's efforts in combating money laundering, terrorism financing, and sanctions risks.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain required documentation and information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update client records in line with data management guidelines.
  • Assess client profiles and transactions for potential ML/TF risks, identify red flags, and raise internal suspicious transaction reports (STRs) where necessary.
  • Deliver excellent client service by adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.

Who We're Looking For

  • Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with a strong interest in compliance and financial regulations.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills.
  • Able to work independently while being a team player.
  • Prior experience in AML, CDD, KYC, or compliance is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in
    Mandarin and English
    (spoken and written).
