Project Intern

As a Project Intern, you will be under the Project team, gaining hands-on experience in construction project administration. You will benefit from mentorship by experienced professionals while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, submittals, and meeting minutes.
  • Support the project team with data entry, filing, and report preparation in Excel and Word.
  • Assist in tracking project-related communications and maintaining updated contact lists.
  • Assist with the coordination of material deliveries and equipment logistics.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned to support project goals.

Requirements:

  • Min CGPA 3.0 and above in Bachelor's Degree of Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess own transportation.
