You'll make a difference by:

  • Supporting Project Lifecycle: Assisting Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse projects.
  • Managing Documentation & Schedules: Supporting the creation and maintenance of project documentation, schedules, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitating Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and smooth project delivery.
  • Contributing to Reporting: Preparing project reports and presentations to communicate status and insights effectively.
  • Learning Risk Management: Gaining exposure to risk assessment and mitigation strategies within project contexts.

Your defining qualities
:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field – with CGPA 3.0 and above
  • Technical Prowess: Familiarity with software like ACAD. Knowledge in areas of MV and LV electrical design and calculations, and circuit analysis is a valuable plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF) and Power BI.
  • Key Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective teamwork. A strong willingness to learn new skills, a flexible schedule, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach.
  • Internship Duration: Availability for a minimum internship period of 4 months or more.
