Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain excellent store presentation and support daily operations including POS transactions, stock handling, tagging, replenishment, and inventory checks.
  • Participate in product and brand training to develop strong knowledge of luxury goods.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail or luxury fashion is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Well-groomed, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve sales results.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and passion for luxury fashion.
