Sales Coordinator

**Sales Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales presentations, and handling client communications.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotes based on client requirements.
- Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales materials, collateral, and campaigns.
- **Order Processing & Documentation**:
- Process incoming sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory, and customer information.
- Work with the finance department to ensure proper billing and invoicing for completed sales.
- **Customer Service & Relationship Management**:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the sales process.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and order status in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in resolving any customer issues or complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting & Data Management**:
- Prepare regular sales reports, tracking key performance metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to help inform future sales strategies and decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Coordinate internal meetings and sales-related activities, ensuring all deadlines and targets are met.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, promotional content, and product updates to the sales team.
- **Sales Event Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Help with logistics, such as venue arrangements, attendee coordination, and preparation of promotional materials for events.
- **Sales Training & Development**:
- Support the sales team with training materials and ensure the team is updated on new products, services, and policies.
- Provide general assistance to new or junior sales staff, offering guidance on processes, tools, and sales techniques.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
