**Position: Quotation Coordinator - Japanese Speaking**
**Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Menara Worldwide)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed research and compile travel and tour components (hotels, meals, guides, transportation, etc.) based on sales team requests.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations for tours tailored to the Japan and Southeast Asia markets.
- Collaborate closely with the Japan and Southeast Asia sales teams to understand client needs and propose suitable travel solutions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries related to travel arrangements and tour policies.
- Serve as the main liaison for sales-related tour inquiries, ensuring responsive and courteous communication.
- Support additional assignments or projects as directed by management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Japanese (reading and writing), with a minimum of JLPT N3 level, is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate availability or short notice period will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
