About the Role: Japanese-Speaking Travel Quotation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and travel-passionate Japanese-Speaking Travel Quotation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching destinations, crafting customised travel itineraries, and working with international markets—especially Japan and Southeast Asia.

Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Planning & Research

• Research and source travel components including hotels, transportation, meals, attractions, and local guides.
• Analyse and compare supplier options to produce accurate, competitive, and well-crafted quotations.

Sales Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Sales Team to understand client needs and create suitable travel proposals.
• Serve as the primary contact for tour-related inquiries from Japan and Southeast Asia.

Quotation Preparation & Documentation

• Prepare tailored quotations, costings, and pricing sheets with precision and strong attention to detail.
• Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing client reports, sales updates, and administrative documentation.
• Support management on special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.

(Fresh graduates with strong Japanese skills are encouraged to apply.)

• Japanese proficiency: Minimum JLPT N3/N4 or equivalent (reading and writing required).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent organisational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Analytical mindset with high accuracy and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to start immediately or with short notice is an advantage.
