**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)
**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Shift**: Rotational (24/7, including weekends and public holidays)
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a dedicated and resourceful **Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)** to join our fast-paced 24/7 Global Support Team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional travel support services to clients and tour leaders around the world. No two days are alike — expect a dynamic and rewarding environment where your communication skills make a real impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to travel-related issues
- Collaborate with internal departments, hotel suppliers, and global MIKI offices
- Offer emergency and troubleshooting assistance when needed
- Manage and share booking and tour-related information through internal systems
- Support cross-functional teams and take on additional tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in **Mandarin and English** (both spoken and written)
- Willingness to work **rotational shifts**, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays
- **Diploma holders**: Minimum **1 year** of customer service experience
- **SPM holders**: Minimum **3 years** of customer service experience
- Experience in the **travel or hospitality industry** is an added advantage
**Salary & Benefits**
- **Monthly Salary**: RM3,800 - RM5,000
