Sales Coordinator Customer Service

Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.
- Monitor updates on inventory lists and delivery timetables to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination between various departments involved in the sales process.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork and records.
- Maintain consistent support to internal and external customer.
- Any other duties assigned by superior/ Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- With working experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Structured thinking and planning skills.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Effective communication skill.
- Good command in spoken and written **Mandarin**, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
