**Position**: Quotation Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities
- Research and source travel components such as hotels, meals, transportation, and guides based on sales team requirements.
- Prepare precise and competitive quotations tailored to clients in Japan and Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client needs and craft customized travel solutions.
- Provide timely, professional responses to inquiries regarding travel arrangements and tour services.
- Act as the main liaison for tour-related sales queries, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Assist management with ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality preferred (fresh graduates with strong Japanese language skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Japanese language ability (minimum JLPT N3 or N4) with strong reading and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to join immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
