**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and source travel components (hotels, meals, transport, guides) based on sales team requirements.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored for clients in Japan and Southeast Asia.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and craft customized travel itineraries.
- Provide timely, professional responses to all travel-related inquiries.
- Act as the primary liaison for tour-related queries, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
- Support management with ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality preferred (fresh graduates with strong Japanese language skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Japanese language ability — minimum **JLPT N3 or N4**, with strong reading and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, proactive, and adaptable team player.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
