**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to increase bookings for rooms, event spaces, and other hotel services.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, groups, conventions, and travel agencies.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and pricing strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the hotel.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and local businesses.
- Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
- Regularly communicate with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote the hotel’s services.
- **Proposal & Contract Negotiation**:

- Prepare tailored proposals and pricing options for clients based on their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure both customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., catering, housekeeping, front desk) to ensure that the hotel can accommodate client needs.
- **Event and Meeting Space Sales**:

- Actively sell the hotel’s meeting and event spaces to clients hosting conferences, banquets, weddings, and other events.
- Coordinate logistics with the events team to ensure successful execution of all booked events.
- Ensure that all necessary arrangements (AV equipment, catering, etc.) are in place for a seamless client experience.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, offers, and campaigns aimed at attracting business clients, leisure travelers, and event groups.
- Monitor online and offline sales channels to drive awareness and demand for the hotel’s offerings.
- Collaborate on creating seasonal promotions, packages, and special rates to attract bookings.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Track and report on sales performance, booking trends, and market conditions.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales goals, forecasts, and achievements.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- **Customer Service & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the highest level of customer service by working closely with front desk, guest services, and event planning teams.
- Handle client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner to maintain satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and guest services teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with operational capabilities.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members, when applicable, to foster a high-performing sales culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
