  • Accurately enter tripsheet information into the Unibis system
  • Escalate tripsheets to the onshore team according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Respond to queries and retrieve relevant information or files when required
  • Communicate proactively with customers through email
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information
  • Organise and maintain proper filing and database records
  • Identify and suggest process improvements through Continuous Improvement initiatives
