Full Set Accounts Executive

Role Summary
Handle full set of accounts and monthly closings, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance. Hotel industry exposure is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).
- Prepare monthly closings: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and schedules.
- Handle invoices, payments, receipts, credit notes, and aging reports.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve variances with proper documentation.
- Prepare SST workings/submissions and support external audits.
- Maintain fixed asset register, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with operations/HR/Procurement to validate costs and improve controls.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience handling full set of accounts.
- Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel; strong reconciliation skills.
- Able to work on-site in Batu Ferringhi (Lone Pine Hotel); organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Hotel/hospitality accounting experience is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
