Opportunity

We invite applications from qualifying candidates to be part of the growing team in this region. Analysts will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data that powers our products. The Analysts will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture.

Required Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process data and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge
• Take ownership for data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
• Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients
• Support new projects to build and maintain the content
• Work effectively within teams or by yourself, and be proactive to identify and resolve problems
• Liaise with Data Operations, Customers, and third-party suppliers
• Research new and review existing sources to ensure that quality, timeliness, and automation
• Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the process
• Use appropriate language skills to understand and source financial information
• Use language skills to build relationships with overseas market contacts
• Document policies, procedures, and work processes
• Adhere to current data policies and procedures
• Backup other analysts in the team during their absence

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Full professional proficiency in the English and Mandarin language. Daily tasks will be conducted in these languages.
• Understanding of Financial Markets and Statements
• Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel

Education
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
