Full-Time Opportunity: Speech/Language Therapist (Singapore – Hospital Environment)

A respected hospital in Singapore is looking to hire a Speech/Language Therapist to join its team serving adult patients across various care settings. This is a full-time role offering exposure to complex clinical cases and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment and intervention in:
  • Acute wards (ICU, neurology, geriatrics, general medicine, surgery)
  • Tertiary rehab centres
  • Slow-stream rehabilitation
  • Community-based and in-home therapy
  • Support specialised swallowing clinics (Videofluoroscopy and FEES)
  • Participate in clinical education and research initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Holds a recognised degree in Speech Therapy (eligible for AHPC Singapore registration)
  • Malaysian graduates from UKM, USM, or IIUM encouraged to apply (temporarily accepted by AHPC)
  • Strong clinical interest in adult care and rehabilitation
  • Confident working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
  • Prior experience with dysphagia cases is an added advantage
